Herringbone parquet kept and kitchen renewed
A renovation that kept the unit's original floor and rebuilt the kitchen with fitted cabinets.
A unit on Av. Franklin Roosevelt that went through a renovation with one central decision: keeping the herringbone parquet rather than covering it with another material.
The floor was treated and given a new finish. The kitchen received fitted blue cabinets, a light counter and new tiling. The bedroom and the living area kept their original layout, with a large window.
The result is a property that combines original features of the building with new finishes, without erasing what the construction is.
