Corner windows kept and living areas separated
A renovation that preserved the light coming through the corner windows and organised the living areas.
An apartment on Av. Franklin Roosevelt whose renovation began with a feature of the property: the corner windows, which bring in light and ventilation for much of the day.
The work preserved those openings and reorganised the living and sleeping areas, which are now separate. The kitchen received a counter and light tiling, and the bathroom gained a glass shower enclosure and a cabinet under the basin.
The finishes are neutral, designed to take on whoever moves in.
